Our client is a JV between a European company and a Hong Kong consortium, and it was set up to commercialize the IPs of a certain advance material for the Chinese market.
Our task was twofold: develop a strategy and plan for the Chinese market, and to raise funds for execution thereon. Commercial viability of the IPs were a key issue, and part of our work included market research and investor discussions, which provided these vital findings:
